Personality and Background:

Having ten Doctorates and having an IQ rivaling both Steven Hawkins and Albert Einstein; Dr. Wetland is kind of like Beast from the X-men.  He mainly is a pacifist and mainly prefers to use brains over brawn most of the time. Wetland is able to come up with some really amazing inventions and made a device capable of creating wormholes into other dimensions/universes; but can only bring beings from other universes and not transport Pokemans to other universes. He is also a teacher in the Sciences (Physics, Pokemon Biology, and Chemistry) and lives right next to Saber's dojo. He is even close friends with her, and sometimes they like to hang out with each other as well as work out at the gym.
